OLD FASHIONED CREAM PIE 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pint heavy coffee cream
  • 1 egg (optional)
Directions
Mix sugars, flour, cinnamon and salt. Add 1 pint of heavy cream. Put in unbaked pie shell. Bake in slow oven for 1 hour . I start at 400° for 10-15 minutes, then turn down to 300°-325°.
