Ole Planters Fresh Fruit Strawberry Sour Cream Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 baked crust
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 quart strawberries
  • 1 packet Dream Whip
  • 1 envelope Knox gelatin, dissolved inch 1/4 cup cold water
Directions
Combine sugar, water, flour and lemon juice. Cook in pan until thick. Add dissolved gelatin while hot; cool in ice box until thick. Add sour cream and beat well. Add strawberries. Place in crust and cool in ice box 2 hours. Top with whipped cream, if desired. Note: You may use fresh peaches, blueberries, bananas or any fruit you desire, or an combination of fruits.
