Marinated Ham Steaks Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can (12 ounces) frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon whole cloves
  • 1 cinnamon stick (3-1/2 inches), broken in half
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 Cook's® Bone-in Ham Steaks (about 1 pound each)
Directions
  • Mix juice concentrate, oil, vinegar, soy sauce, rosemary, cinnamon, cloves and pepper in medium bowl until well blended. Pour over ham steaks in large resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Turn bag over to evenly coat ham. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  • Prepare grill for medium heat.
  • Remove ham steaks from marinade; discard bag and marinade. Grill ham steaks 3 to 5 minutes on each side, or until meat thermometer registers 160°F when inserted in centers of steaks. Garnish with rosemary, if desired.
