Grilled ham steaks brushed with a sweet apricot glaze flavored with mustard and green onions.

Ingredients
2 Cook's® Bone-in Ham Steaks (about 1 pound each)
1/4 cup apricot spreadable fruit
2 tablespoons stone ground mustard
2 green onions, finely chopped
Directions
Prepare grill for medium heat.
Mix spreadable fruit, mustard and onions in small bowl until well blended; set aside.
Grill ham steaks 2 minutes; turn over. Brush with half of the spreadable fruit mixture; continue grilling 4 minutes, or until ham steaks reach an internal temperature of 160° F when tested in centers with meat thermometer, turning after 2 minutes and brushing with the remaining spreadable fruit mixture
