Girdle Busters Recipe

Ingredients
  • CRUST
  • 1 box Yellow Cake Mix (or Devils Food for the chocolate version)
  • 1 stick melted butter or margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup pecans (optional)
  • Topping
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 ounce pkg)
  • 2 Eggs
Directions
Mix crust ingredients together and press in the bottom of a 13x9 pan. Mix topping ingredients together (with mixer) and pour over cake. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes.
