Chocolate Eclair Cake 13 Recipe

Mix the 2 packages of instant vanilla pudding with 3 cups cold milk. Fold in cool whip. Line bottom of 9x13 pan with whole graham crackers. Pour 1/2 of the pudding mixture over the crackers. Add another layer of crackers and the rest of the pudding mixture. Top with another layer of crackers.

Icing:

Mix sugar, cocoa and milk. Bring to a boil and continue cooking 1 minute. Add margarine and vanilla. Cool. Beat until thick enough to spread over crackers. Let set
