  • 1 package angelfood cake mix
  • 1 can lemon pie filling
  • powdered sugar (optional)

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl, combine cake mix and pie filling. Stir until well mixed. Pour into an ungreased 15x11 pan.
  • Bake 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
