1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
1/2 cup white instant rice cooked in 1 1/2 c water
2-10 oz cans enchilada sauce
2 cans Fiesta Nacho soup
1 can tomato soup
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies
1 can beef broth
1 1/2 cups milk
Tortilla chips, crushed
Sour Cream
Shredded Cheddar cheese

Mix together, including any excess water left after cooking the rice.
Cook on stovetop on medium-high until thoroughly heated.
Serve with crushed tortilla chips sprinkled on top. Garnish with sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese.
