Slow Cooker Taco Soup Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 package ranch dressing mix
  • 1 can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can navy beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can corn, drained

  • Mix all ingredients together and put in a slow cooker.
  • Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours or simmer on stove for 1 hour.
  • Serve topped with cheese and sour cream if desired. Also good served with Fritos.
