Fruity Spinach Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • DRESSING:
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1/4 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1/4 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • SALAD:
  • 12 cups spinach leaves
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 2 kiwi-peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

  • Process in a blender or whisk vigorously, all of the dressing ingredients until blended.
  • Toss salad ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Drizzle with dressing and toss again to coat.
  • Serve immediately.
