Mexican Casserole over Corn Chips Recipe

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 chili seasoning mix
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1/3 pound Velveeta cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes with chilies
  • 1 can Ranch style beans
  • 1 package corn chips
Container: Baking dish
20 mins
  • Brown ground beef and drain. Leave meat in the pan.
  • Add the remaining ingredients, except for the corn chips.
  • Simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Pour over corn chips.
