Ingredients
1 package buttermilk biscuits (ready-to-make variety - tube package in supermarket refrigerator case)
2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 can cream of chicken and herbs soup
1/2 can milk (about 5 1/2 ounces)
2 cups shredded cheese (you may want to use less)

In a 9x9-inch pan, make the tube of buttermilk biscuits according to the package directions.
Cut up the chicken breasts into bite-size pieces.
In a large skillet, cook the chicken in the butter.
Add the salt, black pepper, soup, milk, and shredded cheese.
After the cheese has melted, pour the mixture over the baked biscuits in the 9x9-inch pan. Cover with more cheese if desired. Bake at 350ºF for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly on top.
