Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 packages ready-made chocolate chip cookie dough (tube packages)
  • 3 packages cream cheese (8 oz. packages)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Container:9- x 12-inch cake pan
Directions

  • Spread 1 package (tube) of the cookie dough across the bottom of a 9- x 12-inch cake pan.
  • Mix the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla and pour over the cookie dough.
  • Slice the other tube of cookie dough into 1/4-inch rounds; place the rounds on top of cream cheese mixture.
  • Bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes.
