Big Batch Monster Cookies Recipe

This recipe makes a large amount of cookies. The recipe can be halved quite easily.

Ingredients
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 2 cups butter or margarine, softened
  • 4 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 3 pounds crunchy or creamy peanut butter
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 4 tablespoons corn syrup
  • 8 teaspoons baking soda
  • 16 cups oatmeal
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 pound M&Ms
  • 1 pound chocolate chips

  • Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
  • Combine the first 8 ingredients. Mix very well.
  • Add the last 4 ingredients. Mix well.
  • Make each cookie about the size of golf ball. (You can use an ice cream scoop.) Place about 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet.
  • Bake 8 minutes; then flatten with a fork and cook about 4 minutes more.
