2 packages refrigerated cookie dough (not sugar cookie dough)
2 packages cream cheese (8 oz. packages)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

Pat one roll of the cookie dough in a 9- x 13-inch pan.
Blend the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Pour this mixture over the cookie dough.
Use the second roll of cookie dough as the topping. Simply crumble on top of the cream cheese layer.
Bake at 350ºF for 35-40 minutes.
Allow the bars to cool; then refrigerate before serving.
