Conway Twitty Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 box yellow butter cake mix
  • 1 box vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup crisco oil
  • 1/2 cup cut-up pecans
  • 1/2 cup bits of brickle chips (Heath Almond)
  • 1/2 cup pecan bits (optional)
Directions
Mix together cake mix, pudding mix, egg and oil in mixing bowl on slow to medium speed. Add pecans and brickle chips. Roll into 1/2 to 2 inch balls. Place on foil cookie sheet. Bake until lightly browned in 350° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
