1 refrigerated pie crust
4 cups rhubarb
1 package gelatin - strawberry
1/2 cup sugar - more if you desire a more sweeter pie
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice

Preheat oven to 375° F.
Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie shell.
Cover with top pie crust.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, the filling may start to run over so place pie plate on a cookie sheet before baking.
