Rhubarb Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 refrigerated pie crust
  • 4 cups rhubarb
  • 1 package gelatin - strawberry
  • 1/2 cup sugar - more if you desire a more sweeter pie
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice

  • Preheat oven to 375° F.
  • Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie shell.
  • Cover with top pie crust.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, the filling may start to run over so place pie plate on a cookie sheet before baking.
