Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup frozen, unsweetened blueberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberry wine
  • 2 each cardamon pods, bruised
  • 4 each fennel seeds
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon corn syrup
  • 2 each cloves, whole
  • 1/2 each inch of cinnamon stick
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 pinch salt
Directions
Reduce over medium heat by at least half.
