Seafoam Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 egg whites
  • pinch of salt
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate bits
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions
Preheat over to 350°. With mixer beat whites and salt until stiff. Gradually add sugar to form peaks. Fold in chocolate bits and nuts. On ungreased baking sheet put batter by teaspoonful/ Put cookie sheets in over. Close oven door and shut off oven. Leave in oven for 8 hours. Makes approx. 36 cookies.
