Easy Cheese Bread (for bread maker) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 1/4 cups bread flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package yeast
  • 2/3 cup 80° Water
  • 2/3 cup 80° Milk
  • 1 egg (large)
  • 1 tablespoon Oil, Butter or Coconut Butter
  • 1 cup diced Cheeses (any combination you want)
Directions
Add the first 3 ingredients to the bread maker bowl. I prefer to stir the yeast into the mixture of warm milk and water, however you can add the yeast directly to the dry ingredients and pour the liquid on top. Add egg, oil and cheeses. Turn bread maker on and sit down with a cup of coffee!
