Fresh Cranberry Syrup Recipe

Servings: Makes 1 1/2 Cups of Syrup
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
In a small saucepan, combine cranberries, brown sugar, and orange juice. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

Reduce heat, and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until syrupy.

Remove from heat and stir in corn syrup. Serve warm.
