Beer Bread 48 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 cups self rising flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 12 ounces beer at room temperature
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Bake in loaf pan for 45 to 50 minutes at 350°.

Great served with gumbo, chili, or soup.
