Dissolve yeast in warm milk. (I always add the sugar with the yeast to help with activation.) Add the rest of the dough ingredients and mix well. Knead, and put in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place about 1 hour or until doubled in size. While dough is rising, mix up the brown sugar & cinnamon for the Filling. Mix ingredients for the Icing. Next: once the dough is done rising, roll into a large rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick, spread softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Carefully roll the dough up (working from the long side) then cut the dough into pieces about 1 1/2 inches thick and place, evenly spaced on a lightly greased pan. *NO NEED TO RAISE THEM AGAIN* Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, or until light brown on top. When the rolls come out of the oven, coat each generously with icing. (I like to wait a few minutes, if you ice them immediately, all the icing melts inside, if you wait about 4-5 minutes some melts inside, some stays outside....ooooh...YUUMM...!!!)
**Original RECIPE makes 12-15 (Mine 45 or so)
**Amounts in parenthesis are MY modifications, & are TRIPLED, NOTICE, I only doubled some items for a triple batch, as it is "overkill" in my estimation, as DELICIOUS as sugar and butter may be!!
