Bran Muffins 15 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Bran Cereal (All Bran)
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • Dash Salt
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
Directions
Combine milk and cereal, let sit for 5 minutes. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Add bran, then add egg white and frozen blueberries. Bake 400° for 15 minutes. (Makes 6).
