Snap Doodle Quick Coffee Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 cups flour
  • TOPPING:
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 cup sugar or brown sugar
Directions
Bake in flat cake pan. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar or brown sugar and chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees.
