Ingredients
  • 3 cups flour
  • 5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • TOPPING:
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Directions
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Beat eggs, oil and milk. Add dry ingredients. Pour into oiled or sprayed 9 by 13 pan. Spread 1/2 of topping evenly over batter. Use knife to make swirls and incorportate some of topping into cake.

Place remainder of topping on cake. Bake 30 - 35 minutes. Serve hot or cold.

"I needed something quick to fix for a meeting at my house. I found this recipe and tried it because it called for ingredients that I had on hand. It was still warm when I served it and I got lots of compliments. I will make it again sometime."
