Bran Muffins (refrigerated) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 box Raisin Bran (15 ounce box)
  • 5 cups flour
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup salad oil
  • 1 quart buttermilk
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Beat eggs well. Add oil and buttermilk to eggs then add dry ingredients well but only until blended. Fill greased muffin pan 1/2 full. Bake at 350° til done. Keeps in ref for 6 wks
