Stuffed French Toast 5 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 loaf French bread, cut into 18 slices (16 ounce loaf)
  • 1 package cream cheese, cut into 1/4 inch slices (8 ounce pkg)
  • 1 package cream cheese, cut into 1/4 inch slices (3 ounce pkg)
  • 12 eggs (large)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • dash of cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Place 9 bread slices in a single layer in the bottom of a lightly greased 13x9 inch baking dish; top with the cream cheese slices and remaining bread, then whisk together eggs and the next 3 ingredients; pour over bread. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, shielding with foil after 20 minutes.
