  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 2/3 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 48 Hersheys chocolate kisses, unwrapped
Directions

Cream together butter, peanut butter, and sugars until light and fluffy.

Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.

Add dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Roll into balls and roll in granulated sugar. Add colored sugar for holidays, if desired.

Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350° for 8 minutes.

Remove from oven; press chocolate kiss on top of each cookie.
