Zucchini Brownies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 cups shredded zucchini
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • Frosting
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup marshmallows
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Mix together flour, cocoa, soda and salt and put aside. Mix zucchini, sugar, oil and vanilla. Add dry ingredients to zucchini mixture. Add walnuts. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Frosting: Melt butter, stir in sugar and milk boil for 1 minute. Add chips and marshmallows and stir until melted. Spread on brownies.
