Crunchy Covered Pecans Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 egg white
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 pounds pecans
Directions
Mix egg white and brown sugar. Stir in pecans until covered. Bake at 275° for 25 to 30 minutes, turning to keep from burning.
