Marinated Beef Appetizer Recipe

Serve this creamy beef appetizer atop crackers for a delicious appetizer. Works well with leftover meat from your holiday meal.

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, divided
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 pound roast beef, cooked, julienned
  • 1 onion, grated
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 box crackers

In a small bowl, blend sour cream, dijon mustard, half of the lemon juice and garlic.

In another bowl, combine roast beef, onion and remaining lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste.

Combine two mixtures and marinate in refrigerator overnight.
