Creamed Potatoes 5 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 potatoes- thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons cake flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 cups milk
Directions
Melt butter, Add the flour,salt and milk and heat together. Add the potatoes. Cover and simmer 7 mins. Place in a 8x12 pan. Bake uncovered at 375° about 1 hour.
