Sweet Potato Oven Fries 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • Serves: 4 to 6
  • 1 1/2 pounds sweet potatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°. You can line baking sheet with non-stick aluminum foil if desired. Peel sweet potatoes and cut into 1/2 inch wide pieces. Place in resealable gallon size plastic bag with olive oil, kosher salt, paprika and cinnamon. Shake to coat well. Place on baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes.
