Parmesan Potatoes 11 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup Parmesan
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/3 cup oleo
Directions
Mix dry ingredients; put in a bag. Scrub potatoes, leaving peel on. Quarter lengthwise. Keep potatoes in water. Melt oleo in a 9 x 13 pan. Remove some of the potato strips from the water and put in the bag of dry ingredients and shake to cover the potatoes. Place skin side up in the pan of butter. Repeat until all potatoes are coated and on the pan. Bake at 375° for 1 hour, turning potatoes after 30 minutes.
