Golden Parmesan Potatoes Recipe

Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, these potatoes will be a hit in your household. Forget about the frozen potatoes and take a few extra minutes to make your own. Peeled or unpeeled, either way is delicious.

  • 6 potatoes
  • 1/3 butter
  • 1/4 Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 flour
  • 3/4 salt
  • 1/8 pepper
Melt butter in baking dish in 375° degree oven

Cut potatoes into wedges.

Combine Parmesan cheese, flour and seasonings in a large zipper bag. Add potatoes and shake a few at a time in mixture until coated.

Place potatoes in single layer in dish. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes, turning once while baking.
