Creamed Peas 17 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 3/4 cup milk (or more)
  • 1 can peas, drained (17 ounce can)
Directions
In medium saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour. Add salt and pepper. Cook until smooth and bubbly. Gradually add milk. Cook until mix boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Stir in peas.
