Stuffed Peppers 42 Recipe

  • 4 green peppers
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 cup rice, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 slices cheese, cut into strips
Removed tops and seeds from green peppers, cook in boiling water for 5 minutes. Brown hamburger and onion. Add tomato soup, rice and seasonings. Spoon into peppers. Top with cheese. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.
