CRISPY SPICY ZUCCHINI Recipe

Ingredients
  • Zucchini Squash
  • Cajun Seasoning
Directions
Wash and quarter zucchini lengthwise. Place in skillet coated with non-stick cooking spray. Season. I prefer Cajun seasoning.

Cook and toss over medium-high heat until barely tender. Do not over cook.
