Mexican Casserole 80 Recipe

  • 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 can Ranch Style beans (15 ounce can)
  • 1 can peeled and diced Tomatoes (14.5 ounce Can)
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (10.75 ounce can)
  • 1 package corn tortillas (12 ounce package)
  • 4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Brown ground meat in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add chili powder, beans, soup, and tomatoes, mix well and heat thoroughly. Line a 13x9 inch dish with tortillas. Make a layer with the meat mixture, make another row of tortillas, then finish off with the rest of meat mixture. Top with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
