Special Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 red potatoes (medium)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pint sour Cream
  • 1 1/2 cups grated cheese
  • 1/3 cup green onions chopped
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • corn flakes
Directions
Boil potatoes with peels on, cool, grate and set aside. Mix soup, sour cream, cheese and onions together. Incorporate the potatoes. put in a 9x13 pan. Mix crushed corn flakes and butter together place on top. Bake at 350 for 45 min.
