Pink Arctic Freeze 6 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 ounces cream cheese (or neufchatel), softened
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 can whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 can pineapple, crushed or tidbits (9 ounce can)
  • 1/2 cup crushed walnuts or pecans
  • 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
Directions
Combine cream cheese or neufchatel with mayonnaise and sugar. Add fruit and nuts. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into 9" x 5" loaf pan. Freeze at least 6 hours. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
