Horseradish Whipped Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 pounds potatoes, peeled
  • 1/2 pound unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup half and half
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/4 ounces horseradish
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
Directions
Slice peeled potatoes and boil for 20 minutes. Strain the potatoes and place back in the pot. Add the melted butter, half and half, sour cream, horseradish, salt and pepper. Whip all ingredients thoroughly with an electric mixer.
