Grilled Veggies 2 Recipe

  • 1 fresh green bell pepper
  • 1 fresh yellow or orange bell pepper
  • 1 fresh red bell pepper
  • 1 Vidalia onion (large)
  • 8 ounces fresh snow peas
  • 4 ounces fresh white button mushrooms
  • 1 can sliced pineapple (8 ounce can)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
Clean and chop all vegetables into bite size pieces. Cut pineapple into bite size pieces. Clean and cut mushrooms in half. Coat vegetables, mushrooms and pineapple with olive oil in mixing bowl. Add seasonings and toss in bowl until mixed well. Stir fry in hot grilling skill (skillet with holes in it for cooking on outside grill) over high heat on OUTSIDE grill until slightly brown and crisp tender. Serve hot!
