Methodist Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion (optional)
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • Topping
  • 2 cups Corn Flakes cereal
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
Directions
Combine all ingredients and place in greased 3 qt. casserole. Top with corn flakes mixed with butter. Bake at 350 for 45 min.
