Stewed Tomatoes (Canned) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 7 quarts Tomatoes, cut inch chunks
  • 1 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 1/3 cups celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Celery Salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar (optional, I dont use it)
Directions
Combine all together and cook until tender.

Hot pack into hot sterilized jars.

Process for 5 min.
