New Potatoes with Creamed Peas Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound New Potatoes (small)
  • 1 pound Frozen or fresh Green Peas
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 stick butter
Directions
Wash and cut small strip around new Potatoes

Boil Potatoes in enough Water to cover till tender, (Don't overcook)

Add 1 Lb. Frozen or fresh Green Peas

Bring to boil. Cream 3 Tbsp. of Flour, Salt and Pepper to taste and 1/2 cup Water and add to peas and Potatoes. Simmer to thicken, add 1/4 stick Butter
