Cheesy Broccoli Ranch Bake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package dry ranch salad dressing mix
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 16 ounces broccoli parboiled
  • 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (I like Swiss also)
Directions
Combine dry dressing mix, cream cheese and milk in blender. Process until smooth. Pour over broccoli in a large bowl and stir. Spread into a 9 inch baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 350° for approximately 25 minutes until bubbly. Serves 4.
