Pickled Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup tarragon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 or 4 cloves of garlic
  • Vegetables you can use
  • zucchini
  • squash
  • red pepper
  • green pepper
  • carrot
  • onion
  • cauliflower
  • broccoli
  • cucumber
  • green tomatoes
Directions
Heat sugar, tarragon vinegar, salt and garlic in sauce pan until sugar is dissolved. Do not boil. Pour over vegetables in quart jar. Seal and let set for at least 24 hours before you serve.
